This might be the most important core value to me. Intentionality.

I’ve sat with healers who lacked this core value, and it left a mark on me.

On the other hand, I’ve worked with healers who were wildly intentional and it changed my fucking life. (S/O to my graduate level therapist I had in college, she would be thrilled to know I’ve come out lol.)

Intentionality means that every modality, question, insight I have is for a reason. I want you to receive the most out of our sessions and this requires intentionality. Know that you will be fully seen in whatever session you book.

That is my full intention.
