  • Welcome to Growing Rose Therapy! I’m a licensed therapist who provides virtual therapy for Colorado and Massachusetts clients.

    As a trauma-informed therapist, I understand the impact past experiences may have on your mental overall sense of well-being.

    My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating an environment where clients can feel empowered to explore and process their experiences.

  • As a therapist I approach therapy through a holistic lens. Holistic, to me, simply means considering a client’s full experience versus just looking at cognition.

    I work from a systems perspective as a therapist.

    My intention is to validate the client's experience while recognizing the impact of oppressive systems on mental health.

  • Yes, I offer free 15 minute consults for therapy and coaching clients.

  • I am virtual for all of my client sessions at this time.

  • Absolutely! I love providing psychoeducation and have shared on multiple topics over the years.

  • My practice is generally open 7 days a week. I am able to work with clients early mornings, late evenings, and on weekends. We can discuss what day/time works best for you in your initial consult.

  • You must reschedule your session 48 hrs before your session time.

    No shows and late cancels will be expected to pay the full session fee. I do not generate refunds once the session has been booked and paid for. Though I can be flexible with rescheduling if given at least a 48 hr notice.

    This is a way to protect my income as a small business. Thank you for understanding!

  • I don’t currently accept insurance. I am able to provide a superbill for my therapy clients, so you are able to bill to your insurance independently.

    I am more than happy to provide any information you might need from me. Most of my clients bill their insurance independently.

  • I love working with children and adolescents! Please note that I can only see clients virtually though. Some kiddos/teens really enjoy virtual therapy, but it’s not for everyone!

    Note: I can only see clients located in Colorado at this time. I am working on obtaining additional licensure for Indiana and Massachusetts this summer!
